Dubai Media City is a hub for freelancers, self-employed, small and medium-sized businesses, start-ups, and huge international corporations. The community is mostly business, however, there are a few flats and villas for rent. Dubai Media City offers a wide range of buildings for corporate real estate investments, including serviced hotel suites, workplaces, stores, and business parks. The International Cricket Council is also based in the community.
